People travelling on a passport from some countries must apply for a Visitor Visa to visit New Zealand. Visa information is available from Immigration New Zealand (INZ). Visa letters of invitation can be issued only to attendees who have registered for the conference and have paid for their registration. You could request your visa invitation letter during registration process or emailing PACIS_2027@auckland.ac.nz after completing your conference registration. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any INZ on your behalf, so please register early and begin your visa application process as early as possible.

  • Application Timing

Visa processing times vary. We recommend applying at least 2–3 months before travel.
